Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you (the customer) and Mind Vision Software Solutions, trading as MindVisionSoft, of 729 A, Surya Enclave, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. By buying a package you agree to them.

We provide software development and digital marketing services — websites, mobile applications, search engine optimisation, and managed hosting. We are a services business: what you buy is work delivered to a written scope, not a subscription to a software product.

2. What you are buying

Each package on the services page lists exactly what it includes. That feature list is the scope. It is written into a scope document at project kickoff, and the finished work is measured against it.

Anything not on that list is out of scope. We are happy to do it, but it is quoted and agreed separately before it is built — see section 5.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic customers and US Dollars (USD) for international customers, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Website, SEO and hosting packages are fixed price for the scope listed on the package. App packages are shown as "from" prices: the listed figure buys the base scope, and the final price depends on screen count, integrations and backend complexity. We confirm it in writing before any work starts, and you may cancel for a full refund up to that point.
• Payment is taken in full, upfront, through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets.
• A payment receipt with your order reference is emailed when payment succeeds.
• Monthly plans recur monthly and annual plans recur annually until you cancel. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
• Prices may change, but never for work you have already paid for.

4. Delivery and timelines

Timelines are stated on each package and detailed in the Service Delivery policy. In summary: we begin within 48 hours of payment, you get a staging link and a written progress update every week, and the estimated scope window for each package is shown on its card.

Timelines assume you supply what we need — content, images, logins, feedback — within a reasonable time. Delays on your side move the delivery date by at least the same amount. If a deadline is going to slip for a reason on our side, we tell you before it slips, not after.

5. Changes to scope

Change requests are normal. They are scoped, priced and approved in writing before we build them. This protects both sides: you never get an unexpected invoice, and the project does not quietly expand until nobody knows what "finished" means.

6. What we need from you

• Text, images and any other content you want used, unless you have bought that from us separately.
• Access to accounts we need — domain registrar, hosting, Google Business Profile, analytics.
• One named person who can give feedback and sign off.
• Confirmation that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us.

If a project stalls for more than 60 days waiting on you, we may close it. Work completed to that point is handed over, and restarting later may be quoted as new work.

7. Ownership of the work

On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce for you: source code, designs and content created for your project, together with the accounts and credentials. These transfer at handover.

Two exceptions. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks — you get a perpetual licence to use them as part of your project. And third-party components stay under their own licences, whether open source or paid.

Unless you ask us not to, we may mention that we worked with you and show the finished work as an example. Nothing confidential is ever shown.

8. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search rankings. Nobody honestly can — Google does not sell or promise positions, and any agency claiming otherwise is misleading you. SEO packages buy defined work: research, technical fixes, content, links and reporting. They buy effort and expertise, not a guaranteed position, and not a guaranteed volume of enquiries or revenue.

Similarly we cannot guarantee approval by third parties — the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or a payment aggregator — because those decisions are not ours. We will build to their published requirements and support you through the process.

9. Third-party services

Projects usually depend on services we do not control, such as hosting providers, Razorpay, Google, or app stores. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or price changes, though we will help you work around them.

10. Liability

We take responsibility for our work, and we will fix defects in what we delivered. But our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the package in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost business, lost data or lost goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Acceptable use

We will not build anything unlawful, deceptive, or intended to harm others. This includes fraudulent stores, sites that impersonate other businesses, and content that infringes someone else's rights. If we discover a project is for one of these, we will stop and refund unearned amounts.

12. Suspension for non-payment

For recurring hosting and SEO plans, if payment fails we will contact you. If it stays unpaid, the service may be suspended. We give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data before anything is switched off.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jalandhar, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before anything formal, please email info@mindvisionsoft.com — nearly everything is settled faster that way.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one published when you paid.
