Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically — here is what delivery actually means, and when it happens.

Nothing is shipped
MindVisionSoft sells services, not physical goods. There is no packaging, no courier and no shipping address. Everything is delivered electronically — over email, over a staging URL, and by transferring accounts and code to you.
This means there are no delivery charges, and delivery is not restricted by location. We work remotely with clients worldwide, and the whole process runs over email, WhatsApp and scheduled video calls.
When delivery starts

| Day 2–3 | A 30-minute kickoff call to agree scope and timeline, and the written scope document is finalised. |
| Day 4 onward | Build begins. You get a staging link and a written progress update every week. |
Work begins within 48 hours of payment.
How long each package takes
The scope window is printed on every package on the services page. As a summary:

These windows assume we have what we need from you. If content, images or approvals are outstanding, the delivery date moves by at least the length of the delay.
What handover includes
- The live site or app, deployed and tested.
- Source code and repository access.
- Hosting, domain and admin credentials transferred to you.
- Written documentation for anything you will manage yourself.
- Your post-launch support window, the length of which depends on the package.
Recurring services
SEO plans are delivered continuously across each month, with a report at the end of it, rather than as a single deliverable on one date. Hosting is a continuous service across the year, including backups, SSL and uptime monitoring.
If delivery is delayed
If a deadline is going to slip for a reason on our side, we tell you before the deadline, with a revised date and the reason. If you would rather not continue at that point, the Refunds & Cancellation policy applies.
