Who we are

Mind Vision Software Solutions, trading as MindVisionSoft, based at 729 A, Surya Enclave, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. We are the data controller for the information described here. Reach us at info@mindvisionsoft.com.

What we collect

When you buy a package

• Your name, email address and phone number — required, so we can deliver the project and contact you.
• Your business name and industry — optional.
• Notes and project brief answers you choose to give us (existing website, brand assets, target launch date, competitors, and similar).
• What you bought, the amount, and the order status.

When you contact us

• Your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.

Payment information

We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs and net banking credentials are entered on Razorpay's systems and never reach ours. What we store is the Razorpay order ID, the payment ID, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded — enough to reconcile your order and issue a refund, and nothing more.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
• No account passwords — the site has no login.
• No sensitive personal data (health, biometric, religious or similar). Please do not send us any.

Your shopping cart and any project brief answers you type are kept in your own browser's local storage so you do not lose them if you refresh. That data stays on your device until you complete a purchase or clear your browser. Razorpay may set its own cookies when its payment window opens; that is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.

Why we hold it

• To perform our contract with you — delivering the package you bought, scoping the work, and supporting it afterwards.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations — keeping records of transactions.
• For our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not add you to a marketing list because you bought something or sent an enquiry.

Who we share it with

Where your data is stored

Our database is hosted in the AWS Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region, and our email and hosting providers operate internationally. This means your data may be processed outside India. We only use established providers with their own data protection commitments, and we share the minimum needed for each purpose.

How long we keep it

• Order records: retained while we work with you and for as long as required for accounting and tax records afterwards.
• Contact enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Project brief answers: kept for the life of the project and any support period.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.
• Send you a copy of what you gave us.

Email info@mindvisionsoft.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to somebody else.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment signatures are verified on our server before any order is treated as paid, so a payment cannot be faked from a browser. Access to the database is limited to people who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store the category of data — card numbers — that would make a breach most damaging.

Children

This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed.
