What Happens After You Pay
Projects kick off within 48 hours of payment. Here is the whole sequence, so there are no surprises on either side.
Order confirmation
An order reference and receipt land in your inbox. Payment is handled by Razorpay — we never see your card details.
Project intake form
We review the order and send a short form covering your content, branding, logins, and anything specific to your business.
Kickoff call
A 30-minute call to agree scope and timeline. This is where the written scope document gets finalised — before any code.
Build starts
You get a staging link and a written progress update every week. No silence until a big reveal at the end.
Handover
Code, credentials, hosting, domain, and documentation transfer to you, followed by your support window.

Anything else, send us a message or use WhatsApp — usually a reply within one to two hours during business hours.
What exactly am I paying for?
The feature list on the package is the scope. It is what gets written into the scope document at kickoff and what the project is measured against at handover. Anything outside that list is quoted separately before it is built. App packages are marked "from" because screen count, integrations and backend complexity move the figure — we confirm your price in writing before any work starts, and you can cancel for a full refund up to that point.
Are taxes included in these prices?
Yes. The price you see at checkout is the final amount payable, inclusive of applicable taxes, and a payment receipt is emailed to you with your order reference.
How can I pay?
Checkout is handled by Razorpay, which accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Razorpay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and card details never touch our servers.
Can I buy more than one package at once?
Yes, and most clients do. A website plus a monthly SEO plan is the most common pairing. Add both to the cart and pay for them in a single transaction.
What if I need something that is not listed?
Get in touch and we will scope it as a custom build. The packages cover what we are asked for most often, but the model is the same: written scope, fixed price, fixed timeline, agreed before work starts.
Can I change the scope once the project starts?
Yes, but not silently. Change requests are scoped and priced separately and agreed upfront, so a mid-project addition never turns into an argument about what was originally included.
When does work actually start?
Within 48 hours of payment. You receive an intake form within 24 hours and a kickoff call is scheduled for day 2 to 3, with the build starting from day 4.
Do I need to be in the same city as you?
No. We are based in Jalandhar, Punjab, and work remotely with clients worldwide. The process runs over email, WhatsApp, and scheduled video calls, and most clients never meet us in person.
