MindVisionSoftv2.4
ABOUT · SPEC-004

A dev shop that sells like a product.

MindVisionSoft was built around one frustration: most agencies make you sit through a 45-minute discovery call before telling you what anything costs. We fixed that.

Why we exist

Indian SMB owners — restaurant owners, retailers, clinic managers — don't have time for 3-week "strategy engagements." They have a business to run. They need a website that works, an app that takes orders, or a Google ranking that brings customers. They need it scoped, priced, and shipped.

We built MindVisionSoft to serve exactly that market. Every package we sell is a defined deliverable at a published price — fixed for websites, SEO and hosting, and quoted in writing from a published starting figure for app builds. You know what you're getting before you pay a rupee.

The "Build Spec" model we use internally — treating every client project as a scoped technical document — came from frustration with scope creep on both sides. When everyone agrees upfront on what's being built, the project runs smoother. That's not a slogan. That's the actual process.

Transparent pricing

Every package price is public. No "contact us for a quote" for standard work.

Scope and price agreed before work

You get exactly what's listed. App builds are quoted in writing first; change requests are scoped and priced separately, upfront.

Written specs over verbal promises

Everything we agree to is in writing. You keep the spec document.

Delivery on time or we tell you why

If a deadline slips, you hear from us before the deadline, not after.

OPERATING PRACTICE · DAY TO DAY

How We Actually Work

Values are easy to write on a website. These are the specific, checkable things we do on every project — the ones you would notice if we stopped doing them.

COMMS

One point of contact

You get a single person who knows your project, not a rotating support queue. Quick questions go over WhatsApp; anything that changes scope goes in writing so there is a record.

CADENCE

A written update every week

Every Friday you get a short written summary: what shipped, what is next, and anything blocked waiting on you. You never have to ask for a status.

VISIBILITY

A staging link from week one

You watch the build happen on a real URL instead of waiting for a reveal. Feedback given early costs far less than feedback given at handover.

SCOPE

Change requests are priced, not absorbed

New ideas mid-project are normal. We scope and price them separately and you approve before we build, which is why our projects do not quietly slip by six weeks.

REVIEW

Two rounds of revisions built in

Design and build each include revision rounds within the agreed scope. They are part of the process, not a favour or an upsell.

EXIT

Built so you can leave

Mainstream technology, your accounts, your repository, documented handover. If you ever want another developer to take over, nothing stops you.

FIT CHECK · BEFORE WE START

Who We Are, and Are Not, For

We would rather turn down a project than take one that was never going to work. If the right-hand column describes what you are after, we are not the right shop — and saying so now saves us both a month.

A good fit

  • +You run a real business with real customers and want software that serves them.
  • +You can nominate one person to make decisions and give feedback.
  • +You would rather see a fixed price than negotiate an hourly rate.
  • +You want to own what you paid for — code, accounts, and all.
  • +You can supply your content, or you are happy to have us recommend someone who can.

Not a fit

  • You want free mockups or spec work before committing to anything.
  • You want equity or revenue share instead of payment.
  • You want a guaranteed number one Google ranking — nobody can honestly promise that.
  • You want an exact clone of a competitor’s site or app.
  • You want the scope to stay open-ended and be billed by the hour.

Reasonably sure you are in the left column? The packages and prices are public.

Agency History

2024

Founded

Mohit Sawhney registered Mind Vision Software Solutions in Jalandhar, Punjab, and launched it as MindVisionSoft — software sold the way products are sold: scoped, priced in public, and delivered to a written spec.

2026

Online Checkout

Launched direct online purchasing with Razorpay — because requiring a discovery call to see a price is outdated.

LinkedIn profile

A small team, deliberately

You will not be handed to an account manager who then relays your requirements to somebody you never meet. The person who scopes your project is accountable for delivering it.

That is also why the scope is written down and the price is fixed before work starts — a small team cannot absorb open-ended projects, so we do not take them on.
